We are looking to gauge potential interest in our new exciting business that will be opening in the Inverclyde area in 2023.

At Klyde K9 Friends day care we do exactly that, care for your dog. Our knowledgeable, friendly team know that your dog is an important member of your family who deserves to be looked after and treated as you would treat them yourself, that's why we have created our unique indoor space and activities with your dog's wellbeing in mind.

Our areas are engaging, positive and relaxing - where your dog can socialise with their canine companions and be engaged with and educated by our team, ensuring your pup returns home with a waggy tail!

We have all the home comforts in our space, including a quiet and comfy relaxation area where they can rest up, ready for their next adventure.

WHY DAY CARE?

Doggy day care is an alternative to leaving your dog home along when you have to be away for extended periods of time. It is also an alternative to the conventional dog walking service.

Day care is similar to a nursery/crèche you would use to care for your child while at work or to allow them to develop socialisation skills required.

Our safe, secure and fun indoor play areas are fully insured and are the ideal place for you dog to have play, rest and get that much deserved attention. During each session we promote interactive play and spend time engaging and educating your dog on how to become a better companion. Dogs are part of the family and being entrusted to care for your pet is something we take very seriously, we care for each dog as much as you do.

We believe that everyone deserves to have man's best friend as a companion and why should you have to miss out on a loving friend because you have the pressures of a busy lifestyle? We have the solution to all your dogs needs, we have flexible 1/2 days and full day sessions which offer an opportunity for you to meet your commitments as a pet owner, leaving you guilt free.

ABOUT US

Klyde K9 Friends was founded by Nicole's drive and desire to provide a high quality dog care facility and training service within the Inverclyde area. Her love of dogs started 28 years ago when the first family dog came into the picture. She then went onto train and handle dogs professionally for the MOD in 2017.

We are also fully qualified canine first aiders.  We work with dogs all ages and breeds from 8 week old puppies to adult dogs. Just send us a PM for more info!

WHY US?

We are fully licenced and registered with the local authority and environmental health departments. You can rest assured that our facility meets all national standards when caring for your treasured pets. We are fully insured for all services provided and much more.

We have plenty of ways for you to get involved in all of the fun and adventure - Not only do we send you personal photos and videos of your dog each day. You can also login in to see the week's enrichment in action.

We are a team of dog lovers -

We use our know how to understand body language, play styles and dynamics so we know when your dog is happy or uncomfortable.

We start the day with some fun sensory actives aimed and engaging your dog's nose and mind - Our enrichment activities ensures there's always something keeping your pooches mind busy! Also allowing plenty of free time to play and nurture those all important social skills as well as time to rest and enjoying some snuggles with our carers!
